<\/a>Post-Brexit, could London become a separate<\/span> kingdom within the United Kingdom?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nThe UK is a united<\/em><\/span> kingdom of different<\/em><\/span> kingdoms.<\/span><\/p>\n With mechanisms, for centuries, to add or remove territories, change the laws, and change common custom.<\/span><\/p>\n Could some of the United Kingdom’s constituent kingdoms stay in the EU, and some parts leave, without damage to the unified UK?<\/span><\/p>\n Could the capital of England move back to Winchester? or go Birmingham? or to England’s geographic centre?
